Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and recommended social distancing practices, we have decided to postpone all screenings from Thursday 19th March 2020 until later in the year. If you have purchased tickets to an upcoming event, we will either postpone your screening, orĀ move your screening to an ‘Online Home Premiere Event’ on our streaming platform, FanForce TV.
We’re doing our best to support our hosts, filmmakers and partner cinemas during this tough time. Our platform aims to bring communities together, and we’re committed to continue bringing important films to screens around the world. We’ll be back to bringing you the films you love into cinemas soon!
Postponed Screenings
If you have purchased a ticket to a screening that has been postponed, you will receive an email notification with the new date. You can also check the screening ticketing page and Facebook Event for the updated details.
If you cannot make the new screening date, you can attend one of the Online Home Premiere Events to watch the film from home. Just let us know and we’ll set you up!
Online Home Premiere Event
If you have purchased a ticket to a screening that has be rescheduled as an Online Home Premiere Event, we will be in touch via email with a link and promo code for you to view the film. We’re rolling these out shortly, so if you have not yet received your link and promo code, it’s coming soon!
Refunds
Unfortunately we’re unable to issue refunds if you have purchased tickets to a confirmed event that has been postponed. If you can no longer make the rescheduled date, we encourage you to watch the film from home via FanForce TV. Just let us know that you can no longer make the new date and we’ll issue you a promo code.

‘I’m hosting a screening that has been moved to an Online Home Premiere Event, but would prefer it to be in cinema at a later date. Can we book in with the cinema again?’
Yes, we can book in with the cinema again, but unfortunately not until they reopen. Many cinemas have closed indefinitely, so we would like to make the film available for ticket holders during this hiatus period. Once cinemas reopen, we can reschedule your screening.
‘I’ve received an email about watching the film online, but haven’t received my promo code yet!’
Promo codes are coming soon! Don’t worry, we’ll send them through to you as soon as we can.
‘I don’t have a ticket but I’d love to attend an Online Home Premiere Event! How can I see the film?’
